Our firm places candidates in Fortune 100 companies, blue chip companies, middle market companies and startups.   Our specialized focus is in the finance, strategy, business development and private equity areas.   We have a deep speciality in media and entertainment, consumer products, and technology.  We are based in Southern California, but have been engaged by clients in locations across the country.

We guarantee that you will be satisfied with the level of service and the quality of candidates  presented.

MANAGING PARTNER

The firm’s Managing Partner is Marcia Basichis.   Marcia entered the executive search business seven years ago after successful careers in entertainment and technology.  She has placed numerous senior executives into mission critical roles at Fortune 500 companies, middle market companies, and startup and private equity backed companies.

In 1995 the Hollywood Reporter named Marcia as one of the “Power 50″ women in the entertainment industry. As Senior Vice President of Spelling Television, she headed Series, Movie and Miniseries Development, initiating and shepherding groundbreaking television series, including Beverly Hills 90210 and Melrose Place. She was a key member of the team that turned around and helped reestablish Spelling Television as a force in the television industry.   Prior to her tenure at Spelling, she spent over seven years as an executive at ABC Entertainment and CBS Television Network.  She has served on both the Executive Committee and Awards Committee of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.

Anticipating the impact technology was going to have on the entertainment industry during the dotcom era, Marcia joined a team that launched one of the first live video streaming companies on the Internet. Subsequently she worked to revolutionize business processes in the entertainment industry as Vice President of both a digital rights management and also an enterprise intellectual property software company.
